Terms of Use

Effective date: July 14, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of crewtelo.com (the "Site"), operated by Circlefifty Creative, LLC  ("Crewtelo," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Site

The Site is an informational and marketing website. It describes who we are and how we work, and it lets you contact us about working together. Nothing on the Site is professional, legal, financial, or tax advice, and you should not treat it as a substitute for advice tailored to your business.

Inquiries do not create an engagement

Submitting the inquiry form, calling us, exchanging emails, or having an early conversation with us, whether with a person or with our AI voice agent, does not create a client relationship or any binding commitment on either side. Any engagement between you and Crewtelo begins only when both parties sign a separate written agreement. That agreement, including any proposal, statement of work, or services agreement, sets out the actual scope, fees, timelines, and terms of the work. If anything on the Site conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

This includes any services referenced on the Site, such as our diagnostic and build work. Descriptions on the Site are summaries for general information. The specific fees, credit terms, deliverables, and ownership provisions that apply to your engagement are the ones stated in the agreement you sign, not the ones described here.

Interacting with our AI voice agent

The number listed on the Site may be answered by an automated AI voice agent that identifies itself as AI. It gathers basic information so a member of our team can follow up. It does not make decisions about your engagement, and it is not a substitute for a signed agreement. Do not share sensitive personal or financial information with the voice agent.

Intellectual property

The Site and its contents, including text, graphics, images, layout, and the Crewtelo name and marks, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Site for your own business evaluation. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site's content without our written permission.

Ownership of any work product we create for you during a paid engagement is governed by your signed agreement, not by these Terms.

Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

  • Use it for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site or the networks it runs on.

  • Introduce malware or any harmful code.

  • Scrape, harvest, or collect information from the Site through automated means without our permission.

  • Submit false information or impersonate another person or business.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of harmful components, or that any information on it is complete or current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crewtelo and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crewtelo and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, practices, or policies. Visiting them is at your own risk.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
